Advisor for 20 PhD/Habilitation theses, I am involved into dependence structures. I introduced weak dependence with Sana Louhichi beyond mixing, to model real data.
This includes incomplete data, integer valued models and high dimensional data. Features of the real data are both their non stationarity, their dimension and the way they are sampled. Covariates and qualitatives issues are also important.
Those features al need a specific work which involves tightly the subjacent dependence structures.
The aim is to deal with applications to various disciplines where it makes sense, such as ecology, insurance or astronomy.
